Business Developer

What do we offer? You will have an important role at one of the largest and most fast growing health tech scaleups in Europe. We’re unique in the approach we’re taking to bridge the gap between disruptive digital care and existing physical healthcare. We’ve very ambitious growth and internationalization plans, and your work will bring value to the 100,000s of patients who use our solutions. Today, a couple of years after starting up, we’re a team of around 150 engineers, business people, doctors, UXers and others (not including our doctors, nurses and psychologists who meet patients online), with a roughly 50/50 gender mix. We offer competitive compensation and an office right in the middle of Stockholm where you can meet and collaborate with fun and smart colleagues. You will report to the Chief Business Development Officer who sits on the executive management team at a Group level.

You will come in at a time where you can really leave your mark on the organisation but also on healthcare as an entire industry.

As a Business Developer, you will coordinate and support the Doktor24 Group with initiatives connected to our company’s strategic initiatives and customers, to fulfill our vision of a world where everyone can manage their own health and get the right care when and where they need it. 

As a Business Developer, you will work as a member of a growth/initiatives team at Doktor24. Skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

  • Be part of and run individual work streams within one or several of our initiative and growth teams
  • Battling strategically crucial topics for the Doktor24 group
  • Assist with developing business plans, presentations and other documents as required.
  • M&A experience is a plus.
  • Collaborate and engage with many different peers in the organization 
  • Keep-up to date to create customer value
  • Participate and collaborate for results
  • Ensure we keep the highest quality of delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Drive. We are out to revolutionise the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about product releases in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it.
  • Great Communications skills. You need the presence and communications skills to get support for your agenda. You’re fluent in English, and speak and write compellingly in Swedish.
  • Love Problem-solving. We believe the Swedish proverb “what is unclearly said is unclearly thought”, so we would expect you to be able to articulate and synthesise insights.
  • At least some Tech knowledge. We have found that at least some technical skills make it easier for you to work effectively and that includes stellar competence of communication and analytical software.

We believe you have an academic degree within a relevant area and around 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or similar. You feel you are now ready to move on in your career to a fast, fun and smart healthcare scaleup where you own your results long-term and grow a sustainable company together with other great people.
