Customer Success Manager to Platform24

We are a leading player in a fast-growing field that is changing the way healthcare works by building "Healthcare 2.0" through smart, easy and sustainable products and services. 

We are owned by Investor and Apoteket AB and have two businesse areas that work together tightly: Doktor24, a digital integrated caregiver, and Platform24, an innovative eHealth SaaS company that currently offer our award-winning products to approximately 100 public and private healthcare providers in Sweden and Norway. The interest for our platform is immense and that is why we need you (and a few more) to join our team!

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrive in fast-paced working environments, and who is interested in joining a rapidly developing tech start-up working for a good cause. We work in cross-functional teams, but you are expected to work independently and take initiative as well.

Your profile: 

  • Experience from sales and customer success management in the healthcare sector (mandatory)
  • Preferably a background in healthcare (e.g. nurse), management consultancy, health insurance, dentistry or eHealth
  • Good understanding of, and interest in, digital tools
  • Solution-oriented, data-driven and flexible mindset
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership
  • You speak fluent Swedish but have no problem communicating in English as we are an international team

Role description: 
As a Customer Success Manager at Platform24, you will handle customers from the first meeting, through implementation and customer success management, to post market surveillance. It will be your responsibility to identify the customers’ immediate needs and together with our product team ensure that we and the customer, in close partnership, change and improve the way healthcare is delivered today. 

Through a close customer dialogue and a good understanding of the customer’s business, you will ensure that the customer’s use of our products is constantly improved. You will also make sure our customers’ needs for product development are handled by the product teams, and that the product supports their business vision. You will earn our customers’ trust and become their champion on who they will rely on deeply.

We’re unique in the approach we’re taking to bridging the gap between online doctor visits and the existing physical healthcare. We have very ambitious growth and internationalization plans, and your work will bring value to 100,000s of patients fast. 

Today, only a couple of years after starting up, we’re a team of around 75 engineers, businesspeople, doctors, UXers and others (not including our doctors, nurses and psychologists who meet patients online), with a roughly 50/50 gender mix. We offer competitive compensation and an office right in the middle of Stockholm, filled with fun and inspiring colleagues, working as one team. 

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will join the company at a time where you can really leave your mark on the organization and the way healthcare will be delivered today and tomorrow.
