Product Success Manager to Platform24

We are now looking for a Product Success Manager who wants to help building "Healthcare 2.0" by bringing the best of Platform24 to all our customers.

We are daily working on making it more accessible, efficient with resources, and increasing the quality of care given to patients, while bridging the gap between physical and digital health-care. 

Doktor 24 group is fast-growing and consists of two business areas that work tightly together: Doktor24, a digital integrated caregiver, and Platform24, an innovative health tech company that offers our award-winning platform to many healthcare providers such as several Swedish regions, insurers, and private health care providers. We are fortunate to have Investor AB (publ) and Apoteket AB as two long-term owners.

The role of a Technical Product Success Manager in the Platform24 team. You will in this role be responsible for representing our product and technical capabilities to one or more large B2B customers or customer segments. The role operate both as an individual contributor and as part of a smaller team,

Based on your deep understanding of our products and our customers' needs, you will match customer requirements with the right mix of products, configurations, and consulting services. You will also collaborate closely with Platform Architects and PMs to implement new designs if it’s deemed needed for our customers' success. The delivery and implementation of new solutions will be yours to project manage, eg. creating implementation plans, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to secure a timely and successful delivery and implementation of the platform with the customer. 

 To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience. You have 5 years relevant working experience with at least a couple of them in a role as a project manager or a technical project manager, where you’ve been driving and implementing technical solutions, preferably in healthcare. You are comfortable driving the customer's agenda both towards product & engineering, involving other competencies as needed. 
  • Tech knowledge. You are used to translating tech to non-tech people and can guide discussions to keep within the scope of technical- and product limitations.
  • Drive. We are out to revolutionize the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about releases in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it and you don’t hesitate to take on the different types of tasks required to get the job done. 
  • Passion for healthcare and to improve its efficiency, quality and accessibility.
  • Communications skills. You’re in the driver’s seat for your customer segment or customers, and you will need to articulate how we can help them succeed with our products and services. You will need to constantly manage stakeholders, most importantly our customers, but also our internal teams and resources. You need to be a great listener, communications, and negotiation skills to get buy-in for your agenda. 
  • Problem-solving skills. You’re analytical and used to working with quantitative data, making data-driven decisions. 
  • Language. Fluency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is a strict requirement
  • Location. Only applicants based in Stockholm will be considered.
