The Doktor24 Group is a leading player in a fast-growing field that is changing the way healthcare works, by building "Healthcare 2.0" through smart, easy and sustainable products and services. We have two businesses areas that work tightly together: Doktor24, a digital integrated caregiver, and Platform24, an innovative health tech company that offers our award-winning platform to many healthcare providers and insurers in Sweden and Norway, including several regions. We are fortunate to have two long-term owners in Investor AB (publ) and Apoteket AB. 

We are now looking for a Program Manager to join us. As a Program Manager, you bring the best of Platform24 to all our customers. Our work is organized in cross-functional teams that follow a customer segment or a big B2B customer. For external customers, you work closely with a Customer Success Manager who is the commercial lead, and for Doktor24 customer segments, there will also be a commercial counterpart. You are responsible for representing our product & technical capabilities to the customer or segment, and to timely deliver products and services that meet customers’ rapidly growing needs, through the right mix of standard products, consulting services and configurations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • First, only applicants based in Stockholm will be considered.
  • Vision and drive. You’re in the driver’s seat for your customer segment or customer, and you will need to articulate how we can help them succeed with our products and services. We are out to revolutionise the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about releases in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it.
  • Communications skills. You will need to constantly manage stakeholders, most importantly our customers, but also our internal teams and resources. You need to be a great listener, but you also need the presence, communications and negotiations skills to get buy-in for your agenda. You need to be able to keep customers happy (e.g., by delivering what's promised), but also handle their requirements effectively (e.g., by not promising stuff for free). You’re fluent in both Swedish and English, and speak and write compellingly. 
  • Problem-solving skills. You’re analytical, and used to working with quantitative data and and making data-driven decisions. We believe the Swedish proverb “We speak unclearly because we think unclearly” ("Det dunkelt sagda är det dunkelt tänkta"), so we would expect you to be able to articulate and synthesise insights.
  • Experience. You have worked as a project manager or a technical project manager driving and implementing tech solutions, preferably in healthcare. You are comfortable driving the customer's agenda both towards product & engineering, but also involve other units and competencies as required.
  • Tech knowledge. You will be the "product person in the room" in many of our internal and external customer and team meetings, and tech understanding will make you more effective. If you don’t know the difference between a web app and a native app, your learning curve might be a bit too steep. 
  • Culture and mindset. You are single handedly focused on making your customer segments and customer succeed, and building the best possible offering for patients and customers. We would expect you to not just follow but live our six values: one teambuild-measure-learn, move fast (but don't break things)patient and customer obsessedpassion, and owner mindset

What do we offer? You will have one of the most important roles at one of the most interesting health tech startups in Scandinavia. We’re unique in the approach we’re taking to bridging the gap between online doctor visits and the existing physical healthcare. We’ve very ambitious growth and internationalisation plans, and your work will bring value to 100,000s of patients. Today, only 24 months after launching our service, we’re a team of around 70 with a roughly 50/50 gender mix, mostly engineers and doctors, plus the 100 or so doctors, psychologists and nurses that do online consultations in our caregiver company Doktor24. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and will come in at a time where you can really leave your mark on the organization.
