We are a leading player in a fast-growing field that is changing the way healthcare works, by building "Healthcare 2.0" through smart, easy and sustainable products and services. We are owned by Aleris Healthcare / Investor and have two businesses areas that work together tightly: Doktor24, a digital integrated caregiver, and Platform24, an innovative ehealth SAAS company that currently offers our award-winning products to approx. 70 public and private healthcare providers in Sweden and Norway. Your profile: 

  • Experience from sales and customer success management in the healthcare sector
  • Preferably a Healthcare background (eg nurse ), management consultancy or ehealth
  • Good understanding and interest in digital tools
  • Solution-oriented, data-driven and flexible mindset
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership
  • You speak fluent Swedish but have no problem communicating in English as we are an international team

Role description: As a Customer Success Manager at Platform24, you handle the customer from the first customer meeting, through the implementation and customer success management including post market surveillance. It is your responsibility to identify the customers’ immediate needs and together with our product team ensure that we and the customer, in close partnership, change and improve the way healthcare is delivered today. Throughout the process you will be the customer’s advocate and carefully manage expectations. This means that you will  also be involved in the implementation projects together with the implementation manager and train the customer staff in Platform24. After the implementation projects you will manage the customer relationship at all levels. Through a close customer dialogue and a good understanding of the customer’s business, you will ensure a constantly improved customer usage of our solutions. You will make sure our customers’ need of product improvements and business visions are handled by the product teams.  You will earn customers’ trust and become their champion on who they will rely on deeply.

We’re unique in the approach we’re taking to bridging the gap between online doctor visits and the existing physical healthcare. We’ve very ambitious growth and internationalization plans, and your work will bring value to 100,000s of patients fast. Today, only 18 months after launching our service, we’re a team of around 50 with a roughly 50/50 gender mix, mostly engineers and doctors, plus the 100 or so doctors, psychologists and nurses that do online consultations in our caregiver company Doktor24. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will come in at a time where you can really leave your mark on the organization.
